Searching for the name of a movie please help.?
Its a movie with something to do with finger bone(s) being left as clues at a crime scene, or bone(s) in general being left. I mistaked the movie for "The bone collector" and have been searching and searching for the name of the movie for a long while. Any suggestions would be greatly apriciated.
It is not The Bone Collector.
Thanks Myst not sure if its the movie but its worth watching to see. Its possible that "Bone Daddy" is the movie i was thinking of, its been a long time since i saw it.

Doctor Palmer, a former pathologist, wrote a fictional book based on his real cases. In the book, the madman gets caught, but in reality he is still uncaught. Together with the police, Palmer tries to find his editor, who might still be alive. In addition, his own son becomes one of the main suspects.

"The Bone Collector" was released the following year, causing some confusion with the similar "Bone" titles. Then, "The Bone Snatcher" came along in 2003 and "Bone Eater" in 2007. That might make an interesting marathon: two serial killer films and two horror movies.
