I, Robot
I, Robot (2004)

IMDB rating: 7.00

Plot: Set in a future Earth (2035 A.D.) where robots are common assistants and workers for their human owners, this is the story of “robotophobic” Chicago Police Detective Del Spooner’s (Smith) investigation into the murder of Dr. Alfred Lanning (James Cromwell), who works at U.S. Robotics, in which a robot, Sonny (Tudyk), appears to be implicated, even though that would mean the robot had violated the Three Laws of Robotics, which is apparently impossible. It seems impossible because.. if robots can break those laws, there’s nothing to stop them from taking over the world, as humans have grown to become completely dependent upon their robots. Or maybe… they already have? Aiding Spooner in his investigation is a psychologist, Dr. Susan Calvin (Moynahan), who specializes in the psyches of robots.

mass effect 2 alternative endings explored?
Spoilers
So if you have finished ME2 unlike ME1 i’m sure you will agree that the main plot and the particularly the ending is pretty weak.
Though the game/s are overall awesome but ME2 got sooo much right that I felt it important that alternative endings were suggested as DLC will not fix that which is clearly broken.
I am not happy with the rush job you experience after you go through the Omega relay to find stupid pipe button pushing (so bad!) and one of the worse twists in gaming history…really, a ten story terminator which cant fly is going to destroy the galaxy from a junk yard! (plain lazy).
There is no point in explaining or trying to fathon why liquididating humans would work or be superior or of interest to nearly omnipotant super robot gods so here is my idea. I believe that the main ME2 plot is about Reapers trapped in dark space without a sentinel, desperate to co-op a lesser species to open the Citadel relay or build a new one to begin the 50,000 year clensing cycle but this is loss under the weak dross served up as ME2 ending.

My idea: Shepherd travel through the relay - there is a giant new mass relay (the first in millions of years) which taps into all other relays from the Reaper Sleep Zone.
A space battle occurs which uses the upgrades you bought or if you didn’t someone dies.
Shepherd and crew board the unfinished station planning to plant a bomb.
You fight a masssive Collector battle with actual Collector super units (which weirdly were hiding in ME2 end), culminating in taking down the Puppet Master.
You can decide to spare the chief Protheans life as it is the last of its kind or kill it. Either way you find out that the PM is actually a puppet itself for Reaper Harbinger.
The bomb might not be strong enough so you must decide to open the relay early, risking letting the Reapers through but potentially blowing up the unstable mass effect core.
Or you can spare the station for Cerebus tech. but the Collectors live on and escape in a ship.
If you blow up the station some Reapers come through the relay and are destroyed as it overloads but maybe one survives, probably Harbinger.

Please suggest End Game scenarios, setting up for ME3 etc. which do not involve Terminators, liquidating humans or lizard men in pipe vents!
